Premise exam rates:
Single Family Dwelling $45  
Multi-Unit Building, 1 to 6 units $37.50 Per Unit
Multi-Unit Building, 7 or more units $32.50 Per Unit
Detailed pictures are taken of the property and provided to you digitally. In addition, notes of the condition of the building are provided and the names of the occupants are obtained if possible.
